摘 要:目的 分析甲状腺功能亢进症患者治疗前后心率震荡变化.方法 选取2012年5月-2015年5月于中国人民武装警察部队后勤学院附属医院内分泌科收治的甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者40例作为观察组,另选取同期来院体检的健康人员40例作为对照组,两组均给予常规检查,观察组在常规检查基础上给予抗甲亢治疗,并对两组的甲状腺功能和心率震荡变化情况的进行统计分析.结果 观察组患者治疗后的血清促甲状腺激素(FSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平均显著低于治疗前(P〈0.05);治疗前观察组患者的TSH、FT3、FT4水平均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),但治疗后两组患者的TSH、FT3、FT4水平之间的差异均不显著(P〉0.05).观察组患者治疗后的震荡初始(TO)显著低于治疗前(P〈0.05),震荡斜率(TS)显著高于治疗前(P〈0.05),TO、TS异常率均显著低于治疗前(P〈0.05);治疗前观察组患者的TO显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),TS显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),TO、TS异常率均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),但治疗后两组患者的TO、TS及其异常率之间的差异均不显著(P〉0.05).结论 抗甲亢治疗能够改善甲状腺功能亢进症患者的心率震荡.Objective To analyze changes of heart rate turbulence before and after antithyroid therapy ofthyroid function Hyperthyroidism. Methods 40 patients with hyperthyroidism who were admitted to Endocrinologyof Affiliated Hospital of Chinese People's Army Police Force Logistics College from May 2012 to May 2015 wereselected as study group, 40 health controls were selected as control group, both groups received routine inspection.The study group were also given antithyroid treatment. Thyroid function and heart rate turbulence of the two groupswere statistically analyzed. Results Thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH), three free triiodothyronine(FT3), freethyroxine(FT4) of study group were significantly lower after treatment (P〈0.05). Before treatment, TSH, FT3, FT4of study group were significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05), but differences after treatment between twogroups were not significant (P〉0.05). The initial shock(TO) of study group after treatment was significantly lower (P〈0.05), the Turbulence slope(TS) was significantly higher (P〈0.05), the TO, TS abnormal rates were significantlylower (P〈0.05). The TO of study group was significantly higher before treatment (P〈0.05), the TS was significantlylower (P〈0.05), the TO, TS abnormal rates were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05), but abnormalrates of TO, TS after treatment between the two groups were not significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Antithyroidtreatment of hyperthyroidism can improve heart rate turbulence.
