公共图书馆读者图书采购权探讨——以晋江市图书馆“休闲书吧”和内蒙古图书馆“彩云服务”为例

摘　　要：晋江市图书馆休闲书吧和内蒙古图书馆"彩云服务"将图书采购权赋予了读者,这两种方式造成读者采购权在图书数量、种类有所不同,图书馆都保留了监督权。读者图书采购决策权会对读者、图书馆、私营组织有不同的影响,也会为图书馆、读者带来一定的风险。这两种方式的推广需要受到图书馆类型、规模、私营组织、读者参与度的制约。The'Xiuxian Books Bar'in Jinjiang library and'Caiyun Service'of Inner Mongolia Library empower the books acquisition right to their readers. The books acquisition right they give are different in numbers and species. Both libraries keep the right of supervision on the readers' right of purchasing books. Readers' decision making right of purchasing books will influence readers,public libraries and private organizations. It will also bring risks to the libraries and readers. The two types of acquisition should be restricted to library types,sizes,private organizations and readers' involvement.
