Influence of Seedling Raising Substrates on Seedling Quality and Mechanical Transplanting Quality of the Female Parent in Hybrid Rice Seed Production

摘  要:为筛选适宜杂交水稻制种母本机插秧育秧的基质,以水稻光温敏不育系‘Y58S’、‘湘陵628S’为试验材料,比较了5种育秧基质在毯状秧盘育秧条件下14 d秧龄期的秧块质量和秧苗素质,并对其中4种基质育秧的机插秧质量进行了比较。结果表明,湘晖基质、湘晖基质+细干土1∶1混合基质和食用菌菌渣基质在秧块质量、秧苗素质和机插移栽质量等方面均优于细干土和稻田泥浆基质。其中湘晖基质+细干土1∶1混合基质和食用菌菌渣基质的秧苗盘结力较为适中,而食用菌菌渣基质的秧苗素质表现最好,机插移栽后漏插率最低,每穴苗数均匀度合格率最高(72.7%)。综合秧块质量、秧苗质量和移栽质量,以食用菌菌渣基质最好。For screening suitable seedling raising substrates,five seedling raising substrates were used to compare the effects on seedling quality,seedling clumps quality and mechanical transplanting quality at the seedlings age of 14 days of female parent hybrid rice‘Y58S'and‘Xiangling 628S'. The results showed that the Xianghui seedling raising substrate,Xianghui seedling raising substrate + fine dry soil 1∶ 1 mixing matrix and edible fungi residue matrix have better effect on the seedling clumps quality,seedling quality and mechanical transplanting quality than that of fine dry soil matrix and rice field mud. The seedling set of Xianghui seedling raising substrate and Xianghui seedling raising substrate + fine dry soil1∶ 1 mixing matrix are the moderation. The seedling quality of the edible fungi residue matrix is the best,the empty hole rate after mechanical transplanting is the lowest,qualified rate of evenness after transplantation is the highest( 72. 7%).Synthesize seedling clumps quality,seedling quality and mechanical transplanting quality,the edible fungi residue matrix is the best.
