摘 要:汽车正面碰撞过程中小腿损伤是最常见的损伤形式之一,乘员舱入侵往往会增加小腿的损伤几率。脚垫可以有效缓冲腿部载荷,降低小腿损伤。文章针对某车型正面碰撞中乘员小腿胫骨轴向载荷较大的问题,提出增加脚垫的方案,建立了该车型的乘员约束系统模型,并对该模型小腿运动和损伤进行了模型验证。基于该模型对脚垫方案进行了验证和优化,乘员约束系统仿真分析验证了方案的有效性,并制作脚垫样件,最终整车试验验证了方案的工程实用性。The tibia injury is one of the most common formsduring a frontal impact. The passenger compartment intrusion tends to increase the chances of leg injuries. The foot pads can effectively buffer load and reduce tibia injury. In this paper, aiming at the problem that the axial load of tibia is big in frontal impact, the foot pad is used. Theoccupant restraint system model is built and validated. Based on the model the proposal is validated and optimized. The occupant restraint system simulationanalysis verifies the effectiveness of the proposal, and the foot pad prototype is made, the final vehicle testing verify the engineering practicability of the proposal.
