低压台区用户的防窃电的趋势嫌疑度分析方法研究

摘　　要：提出了一个基于数据采集分析的用户窃电嫌疑度评测方法。通过分析某段时间周期内某台区的用电量总体变化趋势,并与上个周期进行比较,以此作为趋势参照,对比分析该台区下各个用户在各自周期内的用电量变化趋势,若用户趋势变化出现较大程度不一致则判定为嫌疑用户,并根据不一致的偏移程度大小来度量窃电嫌疑度,以便电力公司进行用电排查。从而配合用电稽查甄别出适当的用电行为及诚信用户,最终达到强化用电管理的目标。A suspected power consumption discrimination method based on data acquistion analysis for lowvoltage station area users was proposed. By analyzing the trend of total power consumption of some station area in a certain time period and comparing it withi the last poeriod,which is as a trend reference,the changing trend of power consumption of each user in the period is contrastively analyzed. It is decidable as a large inconformity in the user ＇ s trend change,and the shift extent of the inconformity can be suspected power stealing,so the power company can check up the power consumption to screen for appropriate power consumption and a fair and honest user,and strengthening the power consumption management in the end.
