摘 要:超级电容储能元件具有功率密度大,寿命长和效率高等优点,是高功率缓冲和再生制动能量存储的首选。但串联超级电容电压不均衡是一个值得注意的问题。提出一种新的基于软开关控制的全桥逆变器和电压乘法器的动态均压电路,结构简单,自主均压,速度快,开关损耗小。针对4个串联超级电容进行了均压实验,实验结果与理论分析一致,从而论证了该电路的有效性。As a kind of promising energy storage device,super capacitors has the advantage of high powerdensity,long life period and high efficiency,etc. It has been the preferred choice of the high power buffer andregenerative braking energy storage. However,the voltage imbalance of series super capacitors is a problem worthy ofattention. A novel dynamic equalizer based on full-bridge inverter and voltage multiplier was proposed,whosestructure was simple and equalizing speed was fast;the phase-shifted full-bridge control method was used to achievethe soft switch,reducing the switching losses of switching device. The equalizing experiment was performed for foursuper capacitors connected in series under a voltage-imbalanced condition,the voltage and current waveforms ofswitching devices and the equalizing effects were in good agreement with the theory,which demonstrates the validnessof the circuit.
