小型断路器触头电性能测试装置设计

摘　　要：触头是小型断路器(MCB)的执行部件,为了研究触头的机电磨损与性能退化,设计了一种小型断路器触头电性能测试装置。该测试装置通过PCI-1750 I/O口控制交流固态继电器的通断来产生触头负载回路所需的测试电流,PCI-1742U数据采集卡对触头两端的电压电流的信号进行高速采样,以DMA方式传输给工控机。通过对触头两端的电压电流数据的处理和分析,为触头机电磨损和退化的分析研究提供了重要的依据。The contact is the executive component of the miniature circuit breaker. In order to study themechanical and electrical wear and performance degradation,a miniature circuit breaker contact power test device wasdesigned. The test device generated contact load test current with the PCI-1750 I/O port to control AC solid-state relay,PCI-1742 U data acquisition card sampled the voltage and current signals of the contact with a high speed,transfered tothe computer with a way of DMA. The data record and analysis of the contact voltage and current of the miniature circuitbreaker in real time are provided to study the mechanical and electrical wear and performance degradation.
