摘　　要：诺贝尔自然科学奖是世界公认的最高科学奖项。一个国家获得诺贝尔科学奖的次数一定程度上反映了该国在世界范围内的科学地位、实力和形象,也是一个国家科学成就和创新能力的重要标志。研究历届诺贝尔自然科学奖得主的成长经历,可以为我国培养杰出科研人才提供参考和启示。Nobel Prize was acknowledged as the highest scientific reward in the world. The number of Nobel Prizes won by a country reflects its global scientific status and is a symbol for its scientific achievements and innovation ability. Studying the growing courses of Nobel Prize winners can offer valuable references for improving the fostering policy of outstanding scholars in China.
