关于中医骨伤科基础课程建设的局限与突破的思考

摘　　要：针对在教学中发现的中医骨伤科基础课程建设、教材结构、教学实施中存在的问题,通过分析和思考,提出需要从教学内容、教学实践方法、教学效果的评估方法等方面进行改革:教学内容的取舍上,精简与其他课程重叠的内容,进一步突出专业特点;教学时数的分配上,尽量向涉及骨伤科特殊检查操作等内容方面倾斜;教学方法上进行病例教学、讨论式教学、任务式教学,发挥学生的主动性等,以适应高层次骨伤科人才培养的需要。Aiming at the problems found in teaching TCM orthopedics and traumatology basic courses, this papersuggests that reform should be conducted from aspects of teaching content, practical method, and evaluation ofteaching effect. Teaching content should be simplified to avoid repetition with other courses. Teaching hourdistribution should be focused on contents related with special examination and operation of orthopedics andtraumatology. Teaching methods should be reformed to adopt case teaching, discussion teaching, and task-basedteaching so as to give play to students＇ learning initiatives and suit the needs of professional talent training.
