银质针加推拿治疗颈源性头痛的研究

摘　　要：目的观察银质针加推拿在颈源性头痛治疗方面的临床疗效;方法将150例颈源性头痛患者按随机分为推拿对照组(A组)50例及超激光对照组(B组)50例、银质针加推拿治疗组(C组)50例进行治疗。结果 A组:治愈30例,显效12例,有效8例,无效0例,显效率:84%;B组:治愈28例,好转12例,有效10例,无效0例,显效率:80%;C组:治愈37例,显效10例,有效3例,无效0例,显效率:94%。C组显效率明显优于A组、B组。结论颈源性头痛是银质针加推拿治疗的适应症,结合应用是较好的治疗方法,能进一步提高显效率,甚至可以大大提高治愈率。Objective： to assess the e^cacy of Silver needle with therapy of massage in treatment of cervieogenie head-ache; Methods： 150 cases of cervical headache patients were randomly divided into the control group （group A） massage 50 eases and control group （ group B） laser 50 cases, silver needle with massage treatment group （ group C） 50 cases for reatment. Results： After the treatment, the effective rate was 84% in group A,and 80% in group B,and 94% in group C. The efficiency of C group was obviously better than that of group A and group B. Conclusion ： Cervieogenic headache is silver needle with massage therapy indications, combined with the application is a better treatment method, can further improve the efficiency, and can greatly improve the cure rate.
