新型型WJL2015应急救援便携组合式医疗箱实用评价研究

摘　　要：【目的】实用装备新型应急救援便携组合式医疗箱WJL2015并进行评价。【方法】以WXJ2000型战位急救箱及GYX2001型战位急救箱作为对照,研究基于医院院外、战备等不利医疗条件下,对其实用性能、可靠性及安全性、结构和工艺水平进行使用评价。【结果】通过模拟现场救援,环境适应性实验、码垛试验、车运实验和力学性能实验,发现研制的应急救援便携组合式医疗箱高原急救箱装备物可装载应急救援配备药品、器材20余种,组合后操作平台能够完成基本应急医疗救护,其防护及保护性能较好,结构和工艺水平较高。【结论】针对应急救援复杂环境和紧急救治要求设计的便携组合式医疗箱WJL2015,携带方便、功能齐全、性能稳定,有潜力成为新型的模块化救援工具。【Objective】To evaluate the new portable modular WJL2015 first- aid kit.【Methods】Compared with first- aid kits of WXJ2000 and GYX2001, the practical performance, reliability, safety, structure and technics of WJL2015 first-aid kit were evaluated in adverse medical conditions.【Results】By imitating scene rescue, environmental adaptability tests, stacking tests, transportation tests and mechanical property tests, the new portable modular first-aid kit was found to be loaded with more than 20 species of medicines and equipment. It had good protection performance and met basic emergency rescue needs on a modular operation platform. Its structure and technics were also great.【Conclusion】The new portable modular WJL2015 first-aid kit is designed for complex environments and emergency rescue requests. It is of portability, full function and stable performance. Therefore it will become a new potential type of modular rescue tools.
