光子治疗仪促进混合痔术后创面愈合的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨光子治疗仪在混合痔术后创面愈合临床中的应用效果。方法:选取70例混合痔术后患者,分为观察组和对照组,各35例,对照组患者术后加用红外线照射创面,观察组患者术后接受光子治疗仪照射创面,对两组患者术后水肿和创面疼痛进行了解,并做统计学处理。结果:不同治疗情况下,两组患者术后10 d创面疼痛评分、水肿评分、平均伤口愈合时间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光子治疗仪局部照射可减轻混合痔术后创缘水肿,并可有效缓解局部疼痛,且安全可靠。Objective To analyze the application effect of photon therapy device in the wound healing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoid. Method 70 patients of adopting the operation of mixed hemorrhoid were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups, 35 cases each group. After operation, the control group adopted the infrared radiation; the observation group adopted the photon therapy. The edema and wound surface pain was recorded. Result After 10 d of surgery, the evaluation score of wound surface pain, edema and average healing time for two groups was sinificantly different（P 0.05）. Conclusion After the operation of mixed hemorrhoid, the photon therapy can relieve the degree of edema and local pain. It is safe and reliable.
