摘　　要：目的:探索颈部重度烧伤患者气管切开及创面护理策略。方法:回顾性分析本院烧伤科收治的17例实施气管切开术的颈部烧伤患者的临床资料,结合患者病情制定合理的护理方案。结果:17例患者中1例患者由于发生器官衰竭而临床死亡,1例小儿患者度过休克期后家属要求转上级医院继续治疗,13例患者创面愈合后出院,2例患者继续住院进行功能康复治疗。结论:严格按照烧伤患者气管切开术的护理策略,重视颈部烧伤创面的护理,可以提高护理水平以及护理工作的效果,促进患者早日康复。Objective To explore the nursing strategy of tracheotomy and wound in patients with severe burn in the neck. Methods A retrospective analysis of 17 cases in our hospital shaoshangke implementation tracheotomy of neck burn patients clinical data, combined with the condition to develop reasonable care program. Results 17 cases of patients in 1 cases of patients due to the occurrence of organ failure and clinical death, 1 cases of pediatric patients through after shock stage, at the request of the family transferred to higher level hospital to continue treatment, 13 cases of patients with wound healing after discharge, 2 cases of patients continue to hospitalization for functional rehabilitation treatment. Conclusion Nursing care of neck burn wounds can improve the level of nursing care and nursing effect and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
