摘 要:目的:分析不同产地太子参药材及其根际土壤中无机元素,探讨其内在关系。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定国内4个主产区太子参药材及其土壤中20种无机元素的含量,用SPSS16.0对数据进行相关性分析。结果 :传统产区太子参药材中铁、铝含量远高于栽培基地药材,且对钙有富集作用;相关分析表明,传统产区太子参药材与土壤中无机元素的含量显著相关,栽培基地药材与土壤中无机元素的含量基本不相关。结论:太子参药材所含无机元素可能与其地道性呈现一定的相关性,为认识太子参的地道性成因提供参考。Objective: To investigate the distribution characteristics and correlation of inorganic elements contents in Pseudostellariae Radix and soils from different cultivation regions. Methods: 20 Inorganic elements contents of Pseudostellariae Radix from four major producing areas were detected with ICP-AES and the data obtained was analyzed by SPSS16. 0 software. Results : The mean concentration of Fe in Pseudostellariae Radix from traditional production area was higher than that in other areas and the accumulation of Ca was high. The correlation analysis showed that the Pseudostellariae Radix in traditional producing area associated with a significant content of inorganic elements in soil. There existed no relationship between the concentrations of inorganic elements in Pseudostellariae Radix and soil in cultivation bases. Conclusion: There may have some correlations between inorganic elements in Pseudostellariae Radix and Genuine production which provides the reference to realize the cause of Genuine Pseudostellariae Radix.
