体外纯化方法对脂肪颗粒细胞活性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨纯化方法对自体脂肪移植存活率的影响。方法抽取10例腹部吸脂患者的脂肪颗粒,按不同离心速度和时间分组纯化,通过组织形态学观察、葡萄糖转移实验等对比脂肪颗粒细胞活性的体外差异,并通过动物实验观察植入后脂肪组织体积、质量的变化。结果在离体情况下,离心对脂肪细胞的活性有影响;而实验动物各组在移植物残留体积和质量上的差异并无统计学意义。结论离心纯化方法在降低纯化脂肪的时间、提高纯化效率方面优于静置纯化方法,且对体内存活率无明显影响,临床上值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of purification methods on the survival rate of autologous fat grafting.Methods Lipochondria obtained from 10 patients undergoing abdominal liposuction were grouped and purified at different rotation speeds and times.The in vitro differences in cytoactive factors of the lipochondria were compared by histomorphological observation and glucose shift experiment and so on,and the changes in volume and weight of the postgrafted adipose tissues were observed by animal experiment.Results In vitro,centrifugation had significantly different effects on the activity of adipose cells,while the differences in volume and weight showed by laboratory animals in different groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion Centrifugal purification surpasses standing purification in decreasing the time for fat purification and elevating purification efficiency,but there is no effect on the survival rate in vivo.It is worthy of clinical application.
