摘　　要：辽宁省名中医张有民是大连市中医医院主任医师,全国优秀中医临床人才,辽宁中医药大学教授,硕士研究生导师,辽宁中医药学会仲景学说专业委员会副主任委员,大连市中医药学会副理事长。长期从事中医经典《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》理论及临床研究,学验俱丰,现将导师治疗不寐经验阐述如下。Professor Zhang Youmin is Chief Physician of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Liaoning Province, na-tional excellent clinical professionals of Chinese medicine, Professor of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Post-graduate Tutor, Liaoning Institute of traditional Chinese medicine Zhongjing theory professional committee, deputy director of the committee, deputy director of the Institute of Chinese medicine in Dalian City. Professor Zhang Youmin has long been engaged in theory and clinical research of Chinese Classic Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber, and has rich experience. Experience of Professor Zhang Youmin in the treatment of insomnia was described as follows.
