心可舒片联合黛力新治疗冠心病合并焦虑症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心可舒片联合黛力新治疗冠心病合并焦虑症的临床效果及安全性。方法将2013年2月—2015年10月我院收治的86例冠心病合并焦虑症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各43例,对照组给予黛力新口服,观察组给予心可舒片联合黛力新治疗,比较2组治疗前后焦虑水平、冠心病疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前2组HAMA评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组HAMA评分降低幅度明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。焦虑治疗总有效率观察组93.0%,对照组79.3%,组间比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。冠心病临床疗效观察组显效率55.8%、总有效率93.0%,对照组显效率46.5%、总有效率81.4%,观察组显效率、总有效率均优于对照组,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗期间2组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论心可舒片联合黛力新治疗冠心病合并焦虑症可有效缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高冠心病疗效,临床应用安全性较好。Objective To explore the clinical effects and security of Xinkeshu tablets combined with Deanxit in treating coronary heart disease（ CHD） with anxiety. Methods 86 patients with CHD with anxiety which treated in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2015 were divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 43 patients. The control group was given oral Deanxit. The observation group was given Deanxit and Xinkeshu tablets. The anxiety level, therapeutic effect of CHD and the adverse reactions occurrence of the patients in the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The HAMA scores of the patients in the two groups had no significant difference（ P〈0.05） before the treatment. The HAMA scores lowered range of the patients in observation group was obviously superior to that in the control group（ P〈0.05） after the treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of anxiety of the patients in observation group and the control group was 93.0% and 79.3%, respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.The obvious effect rate of clinical curative effect of CHD in observation group was 55.8 %, the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.0%, the obvious effect rate of control group was 46.5%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.4 %. The obvious effect rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were superior to those of the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious untoward effect occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Xinkeshu tablets combined with Deanxit in treating CHD with anxiety can remit the patients＇ anxiety emotion effectively, enhance the curative effect of CHD, and the security is good in clinic.
