住院患者生活照料性护理服务意向的调查研究

摘　　要：目的通过对住院患者进行生活护理服务意向的调查,了解患者对生活护理服务照顾者、服务费用的意向,为生活护理人力资源的合理配置以及收费标准的拟定提供依据。方法采用自行设计的生活照料性情况调查表,选取广东省五家医院94个病房220名患者进行问卷调查,对课题组确定的16项患者与生活护理相关的问题进行调查。结果每日不同级别护理的患者实施生活照料性护理由护工承担得最多;85.5%患者对住院期间生活照料性护理服务满意;48.4%的患者希望护工来完成其生活照料性护理,24.6%的患者希望由护士来完成其生活照料性护理;在陪护形式上,56.52%患者选择一对多的陪护模式;在陪护费上,29.4%的患者认为一对一的陪护费以120~150元/天较合理,46.8%的患者认为一对二的陪护费以70~90元/天较合理,51.2%的患者认为一对多的陪护费以50~70元/天较为合适。结论生活护理工作量比较大,目前患者生活照料性生活护理大部分有护工协助完成,大部分患者比较满意目前这种生活照料性服务模式,但对陪护工的服务质量及收费标准的意见不一,故生活照料性护理的质量还有待提升,收费标准还需进一步规范。Objective Through the study of the life of the nursing service intention of hospitalized patients, to understand the patient care services caregivers about life, intention to service fee, reasonable allocation of nursing human resources for the life, and to pro-vide basis for charging standards. Methods Adopting life care information form, selecting five hospitals of Guangdong province 94 wards of the questionnaire survey on 220 patients, 16 items of life care related problems were investigated. Results Patients with different level of nursing implementation daily life care nursing was the most, 85.5 % patients satisfied with nursing service in hospital-ization, 48.4% patients hope nursing workers to complete its life care nursing, and 24.6 % of patients hope to be taken care of by the nurse to complete its life care. In escort form, 56.52% patients chose a one-to-many escort mode. On the escort fee, 29.4% patients thought that one-on-one escort fee more reasonable in 120-150 yuan/day, 46.8 % patients thought that a pair of two escort fee more reasonable in a 70-90 yuan/day, 51.2% patients thought that a one-to-many escort fee to 50-70 yuan/day is more appropriate. Conclusion The life care workload is relatively large, the majority of patients satisfied this kind of life care service mode is available at the moment, but had disagreement on the nursing service quality and the standard of charges, so the quality of nursing care had to be promoted, and fee standards still need to be further standardized.
