摘　　要：目的通过对经络学说在推拿学科应用分析研究,总结出推拿取穴与得气,经络传感和压痛点,说明经络学说在推拿疗法中的指导作用。方法通过推拿手法,辨症取穴,采用"压痛点",在治疗上可发挥更好的疗效。结论总结出经络学说对推拿疗法中的指导作用。Objective By analyzing the meridian theory applied in massage science research, we summed up the massage and find out gas, sensor and pressure point of main and collateral channels, meridian theory in the guiding role of massage therapy. Methods Through massage, point selection in accordance with differentiation of syndrome, using the ＂ tenderness＂ can play a better curative effect in treatment. Conclusion The meridian theory of the guiding role of massage therapy was summed up.
