摘　　要：本文介绍了浙江省农村生活污水治理的背景,分析了制定农村生活污水减排核查技术规范的可行性,研究了国内外相关法规及技术规范制定及实施的情况,通过问卷调查、实地调研和专家讨论建立起农村生活污水减排核查技术体系,并通过案例分析反馈与优化了该体系,最终形成了浙江省农村生活污水减排核查技术规范的初稿。This paper introduced the background of Zhejiang Province rural sewage treatment,analyzed the develop rural domestic sewage emission reduction verification specification of feasibility and studied domestic and foreign related regulations and technical standards in the formulation and realization,through the questionnaire survey,field investigation and expert,and built up rural domestic sewage emission reduction verification technology system,and through the case analysis of feedback and optimize the system, and ultimately finished Zhejiang Province rural domestic sewage emission reduction verification specification draft.
