中药三伏穴位贴敷配合特色护理对哮喘稳定期免疫功能的调节作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药三伏穴位贴敷配合特色护理对哮喘稳定期的免疫功能调节作用。方法选取我院收治的支气管哮喘稳定期患者90例,随机分为2组,各45例,对照组给予常规药物治疗及常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上行中药三伏穴位贴敷并进行中医特色护理,2组均以12个月为1疗程,护理2个疗程。检测CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、Ig E等免疫细胞指标的变化情况,对比护理前后症状改善情况。结果实验组总有效率86.67%,对照组为68.89%(P<0.05);2组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IgE等免疫细胞指标均有所下降,且实验组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论中药三伏穴位贴敷配合特色护理治疗哮喘稳定期,能提高患者免疫细胞活性,增强抵抗力,明显改善咳嗽喘息、呼吸困难等慢性症状。Objective To explore Chinese medicine volts,acupoint sticking to asthma stabilization adjust the immune function of nursing curative effect. Methods Selection of our hospital 90 patients with bronchial asthma stabilization,uses the digital meter were randomly divided into two groups at random,each group of 45 people,including the control group given conventional drug treatment and conventional nursing,the experimental group were conducted on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine in the control group,acupoint sticking and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care,both set to 1 year for a period of treatment,nursing 2 course of treatment. Nursing after the detection of patients with CD4^＋,CD4^＋/ CD8^＋and the change of the index of immune cells such as Ig E,compare the nursing in patients with symptoms before and after and calculate the total effective rate. Results Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were good,the experimental group the total effective rate was 86. 67% after patient care,control group total effective rate was 68.89% after patient care,experimental group effectiveness is significantly higher than the control group,results the two groups have significant difference,there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）;Nursing immune cells in patients with two groups of indicators,according to the comparison of two groups of patients with CD4^＋,CD4^＋/ CD8^＋,IgE immune cells such as indexes,and the experimental group down more obvious compared with the control group,results the two groups have significant difference,there is statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine acupuncture applied nursing therapy can improve the patients＇ immune cell activity,improve patient resistance,improve chronic symptoms such as cough wheeze,difficulty breathing,effective treatment of plateau asthma.
