摘　　要：目的观察西洛他唑联合复方芎蝎胶囊治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效。方法采用随机抽样法将171例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者分为3组,实验组,对照1组和对照2组,各57例,3组均接受常规基础治疗,实验组加用西洛他唑联合复方芎蝎胶囊,对照1组加用西洛他唑,对照2组不加用其他药物。1个疗程周期为60 d,1个疗程后检测各组下肢血管彩超以及踝肱指数(ABI),并统计疗效。结果实验组总有效率87.7%,对照1组为70.2%,对照2组为59.6%,实验组优于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.05,P<0.01);3组胫前动脉血液流速和踝肱指数均有所改善,但实验组优于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论西洛他唑联合复方芎蝎胶囊治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变,能改善胫前动脉血液流速和踝肱指数,改善临床症状。Objective To observe the therapy effect of cilostazol combined Fufang Xiongxie capsule treating diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods The 171 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions were divided into three groups by simple random sampling,including experiment group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 57 patients each group. Patients of three groups were treated by basis of conventional therapy. Experiment group received cilostazal combined Fufang Xiongxie capsule. Control group 1 received cilostazol oral medication. Control group 2 do not received other therapy. The course was 60 days. After a course,patients received color Doppler ultrasound of lower limb blood vessel and ankle brachial index（ ABI）,and statistical results. Results The effective rate of experiment group is 87. 7%,control group 1 is 70. 2%,control group 2 is 59. 6%. The effective rate of experiment group is higher than either control group 1 and control group 2,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. The pretibial artery blood flow velocity and ankle brachial index of three groups are improved compared with status before therapy. To compare the status before and after therapy,the difference between experiment group and control group 1 was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）,and the therapy rate of experiment group was significantly higher than control group 1 and control group 2（ P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The therapy effect of cilostazol combined Fufang Xiongxie capsule treating diabetic lower extremity vascular disease is remarkable.
