中药口服配合保留灌肠治疗肿瘤性肠梗阻

摘　　要：目的观察中药口服配合保留灌肠治疗肿瘤性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将30例患者随机分为中药组和对照组,各15例,对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,中药组除对症支持治疗外,给予中药口服及保留灌肠。结果治疗1周后中药组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),中药组肛门排气时间、自行排便时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05),中药组KPS评分改善和稳定的患者明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药口服配合保留灌肠治疗肿瘤性肠梗阻,能泄热导滞,迅速缓解痞满燥实症状。Objective Observation of retention enema and oral medicine for the treatment of tumor ileus clinical curative effect. Methods To machine was divided into Chinese medicine group and the control group,30 patients each 15 cases,control group given conventional support therapy,Chinese medicine group in addition to the support therapy,giving oral medicine and retention enema. Results Efficient results 1 week after the Chinese medicine treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group（ P〈0.05）,anal exhaust time,defecation time by traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously earlier than the control group（ P〈0.05）,KPS score improvement and stable patients with traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously more than the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Retention enema and oral medicine for the treatment of tumor ileus,can discharge thermal conductivity hysteresis,quickly relieve the new full dry solid symptoms.
