以挛三针为主穴治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪

摘　　要：目的观察＂靳三针＂中＂挛三针＂为主穴疗法对中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者的疗效观察及机理探讨。方法将110例符合诊断标准,发病在14~365 d的受试者随机分为治疗组（挛三针组）和对照组（普通针刺组）,各55例。观察受试者治疗前、治疗7、14 d后四肢运动功能评分和日常生活能力评分的改善,并比较2组疗效。结果 2组治疗后日常生活能力和四肢运动功能评分值均有所提高（P〈0.01）。以治疗组（挛三针组）评分值改善最大（P〈0.05）,对照组（普通针刺组）改善值相当（P〉0.05）。结论以挛三针为主穴治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫能促进患者日常生活能力和运动功能改善和恢复。Objective To Observe the ＂Luan Three Needle＂mechanism and therapeutic effects of the acupuncture treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke. Method The 110 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ Luan Three Needle group） with 55 casea and control group（ Routine acupuncture group） with 55 cases. These cases accord with diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the onset of 14 days to 365 days. To compare the improvement of the motor function score and the four limbs daily living ability score of the 2 groups before the treatment,7 days after treatment,and 14 days after treatment. Result The motor function score and the four limbs daily living ability score of the 2 groups were improved（ P〈0. 01）. The treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of ＂Luan Three Needle＂form ＂Jin Three Needle＂is certain,and better than Routine acupuncture therapy. The ＂Luan Three Needle＂therapy is a better way to improve the ability of daily life and sports function of patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke.
