摘　　要：目的观察自拟疏肝补肾方联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗斑秃的临床效果。方法选择确诊的斑秃患者92例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各46例,治疗组给予自拟疏肝补肾方联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,对照组仅给予自拟疏肝补肾方口服治疗,对比2组临床疗效、不良反应及血清白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-12(IL-12)水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率89.0%,高于对照组的63.0%(P<0.05);2组治疗后IL-4、IL-10水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),IL-12较治疗前明显下降;治疗组治疗后IL-4、IL-10水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-12水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟疏肝补肾方联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗斑秃,能纠正Th1/Th2细胞因子的表达失衡状态。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made soothing liver and tonifying kidney recipe combined with narrow band ultraviolet in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods A total of 92 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group with each group 46 patients. The patients in the observation group were given self-made soothing liver and tonifying kidney recipe combined with narrow band ultraviolet,while the patients in the control group were only given self-made soothing liver and tonifying kidney recipe. The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and serum IL4,IL-10,and IL-12 levels in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89. 0%,which was significantly higher than 63. 0% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of IL4 and IL-10 after treatment in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,but IL-12 level was significantly reduced. The levels of IL4 and IL-10 after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,but IL-12 level was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Self-made soothing liver and tonifying kidney recipe combined with narrow band ultraviolet in the treatment of alopecia areata can effectively correct the imbalance status of the expressions of Th1 and Th2.
