摘  要:汽轮机机械液压式调节系统在并网前后均为单纯的转速比例调节。汽轮机数字电液控制系统DEH在并网前为转速PID无差调节,并网后可根据需要选择功控、压控、阀控及CCS协调等多种控制方式,以满足不同运行工况需要。经仿真计算及实践经验得知,为了提高转速动态调节品质,要求输入输出信号的延迟时间短,油动机动态响应迅速且关闭时间短。The mechanical hydraulic turbine regulation system is purely based on speed ratio adjustment. Turbine digital electric hydraulic control system (DEH) uses speed PID regulator when the main breaker opens. The control modes may be selected when the main breaker closes in order to meet different operating conditions required, such as power control, pressure control, valve control and CCS control. The simulation results and practical experience indicate that, in order to improve the quality of the dynamic speed regulation, it is required that the delay time between input and output signals is short, and the actuator has a quick dynamic response and short close time.
