摘　　要：为实现中国中医科学院"名医名家传承"项目实施目标,设计开发了"名医名家传承"项目管理平台,管理平台融项目管理与数据管理于一体,项目管理包括项目申请、项目评审、中期检查、结题验收、经费管理等工作的网络化管理,数据采集包括从师医案、经验方、中药炮制、中药资源、策论、文献信息、学术思想、成才之路、研究成果等信息的采集及管理。采集的数据可与中医分析挖掘平台对接,对相关数据进行分析挖掘。通过近4年应用,该平台较好地完成了项目管理、数据管理及分析挖掘的任务目标,并对后期建立基于名老中医经验的决策支持服务平台等工作奠定了基础。For achieving the end of the ＂Heritage Program of Chinese Well-Known Experts＂ of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences（CACMS）, the management platform of ＂Heritage Program of Chinese Well-Known Experts＂ was developed in this study. The management platform had the convergence of project management and research data magagement： the project management was governed by networks covering project application, project review, in-process inspection, the final project measurement and funds management; while the research data magagement referred to the information collection and governance of uplording the medical cases, folk prescriptions, processing of Chinese materia medica, Chinese medical resources, TCM clinical strategies, TCM literature information research achievements, experts’ academic thoughts, experts’ way to success and other research achievements. Data collection can correspond to the TCM data mining platform for further analysis. As four-year practice, the management platform achieved its goal of project management, data management and data mining, laying a fundation for building a service platform of well-known TCM senior experts in the future.
