摘  要:海虾致死试验是近年快速发展起来的一种天然活性成分筛选方法,广泛应用于细胞毒、抗癌和杀病原虫等药理活性的筛选,也是毒性评估的重要工具之一。该方法利用简单的生物有机体——丰年虾(Brine Shrimp,Artemia sp.)的幼虫,体外给予不同浓度的待测样品,培养一定时间后测定海虾幼虫的存活数,计算出LD50值作为活性评价指标。该方法应用整体动物进行体外实验,具有操作简单、快速、经济、结果准确、重复性好等优点。样品用量在20 mg以下,适用于天然提取物的活性筛选和活性追踪分离。The brine shrimp lethality test(BSLT), a kind of activity screening method, that rapidly developed in recent years is widely used for screening cytotoxicity, anticancer and protozoacide natural products, as well as a major assessment of preliminary toxicities. BSLT is operated using a primitive organism nauplii of brine shrimp(Artemia sp.) which is administered by unknown samples with various concentrations. The survivals are counted and the bioactivity index LD50 is calculated after a specified period of the cultivation in vitro. BSLT is performed on intact animals with the advantages of simple steps, short period, low cost, accurate output, as well as good repeatability. Moreover, the test normally needs only a dosage of analytes less than 20 mg, which is suitable for screening and separation of bioactive natural ingredients in pharmaceutical research work.
