摘　　要：目的:分析护航舰艇官兵自我效能、社会支持及应对方式与心理健康的关系。方法:采用自我效能感量表(GSES)、社会支持量表(PSSS)、应对方式问卷(CSQ)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对467名护航舰艇官兵进行测评。结果:1舰艇官兵SCL-90各因子分与军人常模比较存在非常显著差异(t=-48.719,-45.763,-43.781,-48.083,-53.562,-35.100,-64.515,-58.364,-49.038;P<0.01),心理健康状况总体很好;2护航舰艇官兵自我效能、社会支持中支持总分与SCL-90各因子呈显著负相关(r=-0.122,-0.171,-0.274,-0.388,-0.284,-0.253,-0.094,-0.121,-0.275,-0.318,r=-0.266,-0.189,-0.247,-0.271,-0.265,-0.213,-0.168,-0.198,-0.185,-0.265;P<0.05或0.01),社会支持中主观支持、客观支持及利用度只与SCL-90某些因子呈负相关(P<0.05或0.01),不成熟及混合型应对与SCL-90各因子呈显著正相关(r=0.133,0.093,0.150,0.099,0.168,0.054,0.125,0.173,0.179,0.144,0.262,0.196,0.207,0.220,0.293,0.087,0.305,0.249,0.200,0.248;P<0.05或0.01),成熟应对与SCL-90各因子无相关性(P>0.05);3自我效能、社会支持总分和支持利用度对心理健康有负向预测作用(t=-2.847,-2.262,-2.060;P<0.05),不成熟应对和混合型应对对心理健康有正向预测作用(t=4.965,4.945;P<0.05或0.01)。结论:护航舰艇官兵自我效能、社会支持及应对方式与心理健康密切相关,应加强自信心提升训练,提供良好的社会支持,采取积极有效的应对方式,维护身心健康。Objective：To analysis relationship between self -efficiency ,social support ,coping style and mental health of escort ships officers and soldiers .Methods：General Self -Efficacy Scale（GSES） ,Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS） ,Coping Style Questionnaire（CSQ）and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL -90）were adopted for psychological assessment of 467 escort ships officers and soldiers .Results：① The factors of SCL -90 of escort ships officers and soldiers were lower significantly than those of the norm of Chinese servicemen （t =‐48 .719 ,‐45 .763 ,‐43 .781 ,‐48 0.83 ,‐53 5.62 ,‐35 1.00 ,‐64 5.15 ,‐58 3.64 ,‐49 0.38 ,P〈0 .01） ,mental health overall was very good .② Escort ships officers and soldiers self -efficacy ,social support total score of social support was significantly negative correlated with factors of SCL -90（r=‐0 1.22 ,‐0 1.71 ,‐0 2.74 ,‐0 3.88 ,‐0 2.84 ,‐0 2.53 ,‐0 0.94 ,‐0 1.21 ,‐0 2.75 ,‐0 3.18 ,‐0 2.66 ,‐0 1.89 ,‐0 2.47 ,‐0 2.71 ,‐0 .265 ,‐0 .213 ,‐0 .168 ,‐0 .198 ,‐0 .185 ,‐0 .265 ;P0 0.5） .③Self -ef‐ficacy ,social support total score ,and support utilization degree had negative predictive effect on mental health（t=‐2 8.47 ,‐2 2.62 ,‐2 0.60 ;P〈0 0.5） ,immature coping and mixed type had significantly positive predictive effect on men‐tal health（t=4 9.65 ,4 9.45;P〈0 0.5 or 0 0.1） ,mature coping and subjective and objective support enter the regression equation（t=0 7.35 ,1 5.71;P〉0 0.5） .Conclusion：Escort ships officers and soldiers self -efficacy ,social support and coping style are closely related with mental health ;self -confidence improved training should be strengthened ;provi‐ding good social support ,taking positive and effective copying ways in order to maintain a healthy body and mind .
