摘 要:中世纪英国的货币铸造制度形成于盎格鲁-撒克逊晚期,诺曼征服后得到进一步发展和完善。在此过程中,为了加强对铸币权的控制和获得更多的铸币税,英王认为有必要对货币铸造事务进行管制。在货币铸造日益集中的前提下,英王不仅高度控制铸币所官员的任免权,而且加强了对货币铸模制造和分发的管理,并对货币铸造的过程进行严格监督。这些举措不仅反映了中世纪英国货币铸造制度本身的发展,而且亦能折射出当时的政治经济状况。Medieval England's coinage minting system formed in the late Anglo-Saxon, which had been further developed and perfected after the Norman conquest.
