应用PDCA循环对静脉用药调配中心实施项目管理的实践与成效

摘　　要：目的探索应用质量管理工具加强静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)环节的质量控制。方法引入PDCA循环,对PIVAS的选定项目——"规范静脉用药混合调配操作"实施多维度管理,并评价改进活动后的成效。结果循环结束后,静脉用药混合调配不规范操作频数每月减少89.27%,临床输液反应发生的隐患得到进一步消除;输液冲配数增加27.57%,工作效率得到明显改善。结论合理应用PDCA循环,有助于促进PIVAS的质量管理及效率提升,可在医院药学服务中进一步推广。AIM To explore the influence of link quality control with QC tools in pharmacy intravenous admixture service （PIVAS）. METHODS The Plan,Do,Check,Action（PDCA） cycle was applied to standard for intravenous drug mixed operation, and the effects of quality improvement were evaluated after the cycle was over. RESULTS The frequency of the irregular intravenous drug mixed operation was reduced by 89.27 % per month, and the potential risks of clinical infusion reaction were further eliminated. The mixed infusion bags were increased by 27.57 % per month, and the work efficiency was improved obviously. CONCLUSION The proper application of PDCA cycle could promote quality management and raise efficiency in PIVAS, which can be widely used in hospital pharmacy service.
