整合医学思维与眼底病诊治发展

摘　　要：眼底病已成为威胁国人视觉健康的重要疾病。传统医学对于眼底病治疗效果有限,随着分子生物学和免疫学的发展,新的药物引领眼底病治疗进入新的层次,虽然部分患者从中受益,但更多患者仍受困于疾病。整合医学根据患者的个体情况,结合先进检查设备和治疗手段、中医的辨证施治、科学精细的护理、合理的社会心理干预,个体化的诊疗方案,达到医患都满意的治疗效果。Ocular fundus diseases are the main sight-threatening diseases for Chinese. The conservative medicine had uncertain therapeutic effects on ocular fundus diseases. With the development of molecular biology and immunology, some novel drugs were introduced and used for ocular fundus diseases. Although some patients did benefit from the new treatment, more still suffered poor vision acuity. Holistic integrated medicine highlights the integration of the most advanced medical theories and treatments, differentiation of disease symptoms using the Chinese medicine theory, scientific and careful nursing, and appropriated social psychological interventions based on the patients＇ state, to determine the final individualized diagnosis and treatment scheme and achieve therapeutic effect to the satisfaction of both medics and patients.
