对麻疹水痘疫苗的反思

摘　　要：现在人们信赖并热衷于注射各种疫苗,并希望通过它们去防治病毒感染。笔者认为感染某些病毒不一定是坏事,过多地注射疫苗也不一定带来好处。以水痘疫苗和麻疹疫苗为例,虽然接种这些疫苗能够极大地降低其发生率,但是,有极少数人成为水痘或麻疹的隐性携带者,病毒深入骨髓,在某些外界的物理化学诱因下发展为白血病。建议除非针对致命性病毒,一般应尽量减少疫苗的接种。最好的疫苗就是保持良好的生活方式、卫生习惯和精神状态。Nowadays people are keen on taking all kinds of vaccines in the hope of preventing the virus infection in this way. The authors think that the infection is not necessarily a bad thing, and too much vaccination does not necessarily bring benefits. Take varicella vaccine and measles vaccine tbr example. These vaccines can dramatically reduce the incidences of chicken pox and measles. However, there are very few people who may become silent carriers of chickenpox or measles virus, Once the viruses invade the marrow deeply, the can＇icrs may develop leukemia under the induction of external physical or chemical thctors. So the authors suggest reducing the vaccination as far as possible unless it is against the deadly virus. The best vaccine is to keep a good lifestyle and health habits as well as good state of mind.
