摘　　要：专家直觉是以经验为基础的无意识的快速思维决策过程。在时间紧迫、压力巨大的决策情境中,专家直觉能够较好地解决决策者所面临的问题。本文描述了专家直觉的内在心理机制,分析了专家直觉有别于逻辑思维的诸多特点,阐述了研究专家直觉在医疗实践领域的现实意义。Expert intuition is a rapid unconscious process based on decision-makers＇ experience. It can help solve the problem efficiently faced by decision-makers when time is pressing and pressure is huge. This paper explained the inner psychological mechanism of expert intuition, analyzed several characteristics of expert intuition that were different from logical thinking, and expounded the realistic significance of the researches on expert intuition in medical field.
