中国本土临终关怀的特有模式及其深意

摘　　要：尽管中国的现代临终关怀事业起步较晚,但是传统文化中就具有生死智慧与临终关怀实践。基于血缘性、地域性、多元文化的特点,有家族型、医院型、社会型的临终关怀模式。基于主体、客体的不同,中国传统的临终关怀方式从正面、自我到反向三个层次,彼此联系且层层递进,无不渗透着浓厚的文化底蕴和独特的民族个性。本文就中国本土临终关怀的特有模式及其深刻内涵进行总结提炼,希望能促进中国本土化、体系化、社会化、制度化的临终关怀事业的发展。Contemporary hospice care started rather late in China. However, Chinese traditional culture contains unique wisdom of life and death and experience of hospice care. Based on the characteristics of blood, region and diversified culture, there are familial mode, hospital mode and social mode of hospice care. Based on the difference of the subject and object, there are such three levels from low to high as positive, self-, and reverse care manners, which are permeated with Chinese rich cultural heritage and unique national character. This paper refines the modes and manners of hospice care from traditional Chinese culture to promote the development of hospice care into localization, standardization, socialization, and systemization.
