摘 要:试验旨在研究玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)对肉鸡血清指标、肝脏氧化损伤及毒素残留的影响。将120只1日龄肉鸡随机分成2组,每组设6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,攻毒组在基础日粮中添加2 mg/kg的ZEA。结果表明,ZEA攻毒使肉鸡血清总蛋白和白蛋白显著降低,天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶显著上升;ZEA对血清IgA、IgM、IgG及细胞因子IL-2、IL-5、TNF-α水平无显著影响;ZEA使肉鸡肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性降低,还原性谷胱甘肽含量下降,丙二醛含量升高;ZEA攻毒组肉鸡肝脏的残留量显著上升。结果提示,ZEA可影响肉鸡血清代谢物水平,造成肝脏氧化损伤,提高肝脏中残留量。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of zearalenone (ZEA) on serum parameters, hepatic oxidative damage and residue of zearalenone in broilers. A total of 120 chickens were randomly allocated into two groups with six replicates of 10 birds. The dietary treatments were as follows: the control group: the basal diet; the contaminated group: the control diet supplemented with zearalenone (2 mg/ kg). The results showed that the serum concentrations of total protein and albumin were decreased in the contaminated group; meanwhile, the serum concentrations of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were in- creased in the contaminated group. The supplementation of ZEA did not cause significant effects on the levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, IL-2, IL -5 or TNF-α. ZEA increased the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), and decreased the concentrations of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). The addition of ZEA increased the residue of ZEA in liver. In conclusion, ZEA could affect serum metabolites, induce hepatic oxidative damage and increase the residue of ZEA in liver.
