摘　　要：新时期高校艺术设计教育应积极运用新媒体,发挥其优势以促进艺术设计教育走上更高的层次。本文从高校艺术设计教育面临的挑战与机遇及新媒体的特征着手,就如何借助新媒体引领高校艺术设计教育创新发展进行分析,提供可借鉴的意义。With the modern level of socio-economic development and scientific innovation in information technology, deepening of the development of digital technology and network technology, and lay a good foundation forthe emergence of new media. New media in a whole new form of communication forthe development of many industries have injected new blood. At the University of art and design in the field of education, new media technologies are gradually beginning to receive attention. Therefore, in promoting the development of good art and design education in universities in the new era should be actively using new media, play to theirstrengths in orderto promote art and design education to a higherlevel. This article from the University of art and design education challenges and opportunities and the characteristics of new media and how to use new media to lead the innovation development of art design education in universities, in orderto provide some references.
