2007—2014年天津市津南区北闸口镇居民3种慢性病发病监测

摘　　要：目的了解天津市津南区北闸口镇3种慢性病的流行现况和发展趋势,为今后制定防治策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析北闸口镇2007—2014年慢性病监测资料。结果 2007—2014年北闸口镇共报告3种慢性病2 515例,其中高血压1 050例,脑卒中1 167例,冠心病298例;年均发病率分别为高血压383.41/10万,脑卒中421.75/10万,冠心病108.17/10万;男性报告1 435例,女性报告1 080例;年龄别发病率显示,高血压以50岁以上人群多发,脑卒中以55岁以上人群多发,冠心病以60岁以上人群多发,3种慢性病全年龄段均有发病,39岁以下人群,高血压发病率较另两种疾病高。3种慢性病患者吸烟者年龄均低于不吸烟者,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论北闸口镇50岁以上居民为3种慢性病的高危人群,应进一步加强对该人群的宣传干预工作,同时应加强对慢性病患者的控烟工作。[Objective]To understand the epidemic status and development trend about three chronic diseases in Beizhakou Town of Jinnan District in Tianjin,provide a basis for formulating control strategy.[Methods]The monitoring data of chronic diseases in Beizhakou Town from 2007-2014 were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method.[Results]From 2007 to 2014,totally2 515 cases of three chronic diseases were reported in Beizhakou Town,including 1 050 cases of hypertension,1 167 cases of cerebral apoplexy,and 298 cases of coronary heart disease. The average annual incidence rate of hypertension,cerebral apoplexy and coronary heart disease was 383.41/lakh,421.75/lakh and 108.17/lakh,respectively. There were 1 435 male cases and 1 080 female cases. For the age distribution,the incidence rate of hypertension was the highest in people over 50 years old,that of cerebral apoplexy was the highest in people over 55 years old,and people over 60 years old had the highest incidence rate of coronary heart disease. The three chronic diseases occurred in all age groups. In people below 39 years old,the incidence rate of hypertension was higher than that of cerebral apoplexy and coronary heart disease.The onset ages of smokers with these chronic diseases were lower than those of non-smokers,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The residents above 50 years old are the high-risk population of three chronic diseases in Beizhakou Town. It is necessary to further strengthen publicity and intervention in this population,and improve the tobacco control in chronic disease patients.
