摘　　要：目的了解安徽省濉溪县2008—2014年手足口病流行病学特征,为制定有效的防控策略提供科学依据。方法利用2008—2014年《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》报告的濉溪县手足口病病例资料,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果濉溪县2008—2014年共报告手足口病9 471例,年平均发病率为125.26/10万,重症病例30例,无死亡病例;全县各乡镇均有病例报告,发病高峰主要集中在3—6月,发病人群以5岁以下的散居儿童为主,男性发病数高于女性;病原学检测显示,以其他肠道病毒阳性数最多。结论濉溪县手足口病疫情呈上升趋势,流行特征存在明显的季节、地区和人群差异;加强重点人群监测、快速有效处置疫情、开展针对性的健康教育是控制本病流行的关键。[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）in Suixi County of Anhui Province from 2008-2014,provide the scientific basis for developing the effective prevention and control strategies.[Methods]The data of HFMD cases in Suixi County from 2008-2014,which were reported by the China information system of disease prevention and control,were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method.[Results]Totally 9 471 HFMD cases were reported in Suixi County from 2008-2014,with the average annual incidence of 125.26/lakh,there were 30 severe cases and no death case was reported. The cases were reported in every town of the county,and the peak season appeared March to June. Most of patients were scattered children under five years old,and the male cases were more than female cases. Etiology detection showed that the cases caused by the other enteroviruses accounted for the greatest proportion.[Conclusion]The epidemic situation of HFMD shows a rising trend in Suixi County,and is has obvious characteristics in season,region and population. It is important to strengthen monitoring in key population,respond to the epidemic situation rapidly and effectively,and carry out targeted health education.
