摘　　要：恶性胸膜间皮瘤(MPM)是临床上恶性程度高、早期诊断困难、预后极差的肺部疾病,在我国发病率有逐渐上升的趋势。大多数患者发现时已处于晚期,无手术切除指征,而且对放化疗不敏感。靶向治疗是目前肿瘤的研究热点,在MPM领域也取得了进展,有望改善MPM患者的预后。作者对靶向治疗研究的进展进行了综述。Malignant pleural mesothelioma（MPM） is a lung disease difficult to diagnose in early stage with the highest level of clinical malignancy and extremely poor prognosis. Its incidence tends to rise gradually in China. Most diagnosed patients are already in the advanced stage with no indications for surgical resection and are insensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Targeted therapy is now the hot spot of cancer research. New progress has been achieved in the MPM field and shows promise of improving the outcomes of MPM patients. The authors review the research progress of targeted therapy.
