摘 要:目的建立生活饮用水中7种常见离子(F^-、Cl^-、SO_4^(2-)、NO_3^--N、Br-、NO_2^--N、PO_4^(3-))和5种主要消毒副产物(ClO_2^-、ClO_3^-、BrO_3^-、DCAA和TCAA)的淋洗液在线发生-离子色谱测定方法。方法用Ion Pac AS19为分离柱,以淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生KOH作淋洗液,通过抑制型电导检测器进行检测。测定条件:梯度洗脱,电导池温度为30℃,流速为1.00 ml/min,进样体积为500μl,抑制器电流为112 m A,柱温为25℃。结果 12种阴离子峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性关系,各组分的相关系数(r)为0.999 9~1.000 0。采用低、中、高3种浓度加标回收,回收率为93.2%~101.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤1.06%。结论该方法操作简单,准确,灵敏,适用于地表水、矿泉水和市政末梢水中12种阴离子的检测。Objective To establish a method for the detection of 7 common anions( F^-,Cl^-,SO_4^(2-),NO_3^--N,Br^-,NO_2^--N,PO_4^(3-)) and 5 disinfection by-products( ClO_2^-,ClO_3^-,BrO_3^-,DCAA and TCAA) in drinking water using ion chromatography with on-line eluent generator. Methods Ion Pac AS19 eluent automatic generator and suppressed conductivity detector were used to produce KOH eluent on-line. Detection was performed by suppressed conductivity detector. Determination conditions: gradient elution; conductivity detection cell temperature was set at 30 ℃; flow rate was 1. 00 ml / min; the sample injection was 500 μl; the electric current was 112 m A; the column temperature was at 25 ℃. Results The 12 anions had a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration,and the correlation coefficient( r) was within 0. 999 9-1. 000 0. At low,medium and high spiked level,the recoveries were within 93. 2%-101. 0%,with the relative standard deviation( RSD) ≤1. 06%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the detection of 12 anions in surface water,mineral water and municipal pipe water.
