摘 要:目的通过对鄂尔多斯市2009年-2015年流感监测结果分析,探寻流感流行趋势和变化规律,为流感防控工作提供有力的科学依据。方法采用real-time PCR方法对该市国家级流感监测哨点医院送检的咽拭子监测样本进行流感病毒核酸检测分析。结果 2009年-2015年共检测样本2 619份,检出流感病毒核酸阳性310份,总阳性率为11.84%。其中乙型129份(41.61%),季节性H3亚型83份(26.77%),新甲型H1N1亚型82份(26.45%),季节性H1亚型1份(0.32%),其余15份为甲型未分型。流感流行曲线以冬春峰为主,发病年龄构成以0岁~5岁年龄组人群为主。结论 2009年-2015年鄂尔多斯市流感在冬季、春季高发,新甲型H1N1亚型、季节性H3亚型和乙型流感病毒株交替成为流行优势毒株。进一步加强对疑似流感样病例的监测分析,可快速确定流行病毒株,实时监测变异病毒株,精准定位疫苗病毒株,为预防流感暴发流行和决策流感疫情防控等工作提供重要依据。Objective By analyzing the surveillance results on influenza in Ordos from 2009 to 2015,to find the epidemiological characteristic and variation trend of the virus,so as to provide scientific basis for further prevention and control of the disease. Methods Virological surveillance of influenza was performed by amplification of viral nucleic acid in samples of throat swabs collected from influenza-like patients in national influenza like illness sentinel hospitals in Ordos using real-time PCR method. Results The results showed that 310 out of the 2 619 samples collected from the suspected patients during 2009-2015 were with influenza virus nucleic acid positive,with a total positive rate of 11. 84%. 129 were influenza B type( 41. 61%),83 were H3N2 subtype( 26. 77%),82 were new H1N1 subtype( 26. 45%),1 was H1N1 subtype( 0. 32%) and the left 15 influenza A type samples could not be classified into any subtype. Normally,influenza outbreak mainly happened during winter to next spring among the crowd with 0-5 years old. Conclusion Influenza always outbroke in Ordos from winter to next spring during the period of 2009-2015. Influenza H1N1,H3N2 subtypes and type B were the predominant strains. It is essential to enhance the surveillance and analysis on suspected influenza patients for the determination of prevalent strains and their variation for further identification of candidate vaccine strains accurately,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention of outbreaks of influenza and making policy for the control of the disease.
