摘　　要：本文就某院新开发病案管理系统实现病案多系统整合后的信息化管理进行探讨。重点阐述了某院对病案多系统进行整合后,初步实现了病案管理无纸化办公。传统病案管理信息化不足,管理软件过多且杂乱,管理机制不完善,病案质控数据未有效利用等问题日益显现。病案管理系统是基于原有病案相关的多个系统进行重新整合的基础上开发出来的,主要目的是将病案管理员从繁琐而重复的手工劳动中解放出来,把更多的经历投入到对病案数据的提炼及更深层次的数据分析中,更大的意义在于其改变了传统的病案管理模式,将逐步与电子病历系统整合,形成现代化病案管理模式和手段,加快病案无纸化的进程,使管理增强针对性、稳定性,大大增强操作性,进而提高服务质量,提升工作满意率。This paper discusses the development of a new hospital on a ＂case management system＂ to achieve multiple medical record information management system consolidated. It focuses on a hospital medical record after multi-system integration, the initial realization of the paperless office significance record management. Traditional case management information inadequate, excessive and disorderly management software, management mechanisms are inadequate, medical quality control data is not effectively use and other issues become more prominent. ＂Case management system＂ is based on the original medical records related to multiple systems developed on the basis of re-integration, the main purpose is to liberate the medical record administrators from the tedious and repetitive manual labor, the more experience into refining and deeper on the medical records of the data analysis, the greater significance in that it has changed the traditional case management model will be gradually integrated with electronic medical records system, the formation of a new era of modern case management models and tools to accelerate paperless medical records process, so that management enhance the relevance, stability, greatly enhanced operability, and to improve service quality, enhance job satisfaction rate.
