对新时期援外医疗模式探索的初步思考

摘　　要：结合中国首批援特立尼达和多巴哥医疗队的派出,思考并探索一种既符合国际形势发展,又符合中国国情的新的援外医疗模式。在新模式下,更有利于援外医疗队的组织派遣,高端技术的援助和输出更有利于树立中国国家的正面形象,更有利于援外医疗队的队伍管理。同时,应该根据受援国的实际情况制定援助策略。实践证明,新的援外医疗模式下,实现六个方面的结合是完全可行的,但需结合受援国的实际情况。Combined with China＇s first aid medical team sent, Trinidad and Tobago, to think and explore a new foreign aid medical mode which not only conforms to the international situation, but also accords with the situation of China. Under the new mode, more conducive to foreign aid medical team sends, high-end technical assistance and output is more advantageous to set up a positive image of China＇s national, more conducive to foreign aid medical team management. At the same time, make aid strategy according to the actual situation of the recipient countries. Practice has proved that in the new medical mode, to realize the combination of ＂six aspects＂ is completely feasible, but should be combined with the actual situation of the recipient countries.
