壮族贫困地区眼科门诊及住院患者构成分析

摘　　要：目的调查某医院眼科门诊及住院疾病构成比,调查疾病的住院率,分析其原因,指导眼科疾病的防治。方法对某医院眼科2014年9月1日-2015年8月31日在门诊就诊和住院的患者,按疾病的分类等指标,进行统计分析。结果眼科门诊就诊疾病前6位分别是结膜炎(26.31%)、泪道疾病(8.68%)、年龄相关性白内障(8.18%)、屈光不正(8.04%)、角膜炎(5.55%)、翼状胬肉(5.39%)。眼科住院疾病前6位分别是年龄相关性白内障(34.07%)、翼状胬肉(13.13%)、青光眼(10.74%)、眼外伤(9.34%)、角膜炎(7.69%)、泪道疾病(4.88%)。眼科疾病住院率前6位分别是眼睑下垂(60.53%),年龄相关性白内障(43.02%),青光眼(27.85%),视神经疾病(27.55%),视网膜脱离(27.03%),翼状胬肉(25.15%)。结论某地区泪道疾病(8.68%)和翼状胬肉(5.39%)排位靠前,青光眼患者住院率(27.85%)低,和该地区低纬度石头山区,民族面部骨骼结构,以及经济条件欠发达有关。Objective To prevent and cure diseases in Department of Ophthalmology, we investigate the composition ratio of outpatients and inpatients diseases in the Department of Ophthalmology in one hospital, and investigate the rate of hospitalization. Method counting and analyze the disease of ophthalmology department from September 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015,according to the classification of diseases and other indicators. Result Outpatients before six are conjunctivitis（26.31%）, the lacrimal passage diseases（8.68%）, age-related cataract（8.18%）, ametropia（8.04%）, keratitis（5.55%） pterygium（5.39%）. Inpatients before six are age-related cataract（34.07%）, pterygium（13.13%）, glaucoma（10.74%）, ocular trauma（9.34%）, keratitis（7.69%）,the lacrimal passage diseases（4.88%）. Rate of hospitalization before six are ptosis（60.53%）, age-related cataract（43.02%）, glaucoma（27.85%）, optical nerve disease（27.55%）, detachment of retina（27.03%）, pterygium（25.15%）. Conclusion The region of lacrimal duct diseases（8.68%） and pterygium（5.39%） has a high prevalence rate of hospitalized patients,and the hospitalization rate of glaucoma（27.85%） is low, because of mountain area, characteristics of nationality facial skeletal structur and poverty.
