某院2010年-2014年60岁以上女性患者住院情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解60岁以上女性患者住院情况,以更好地采取医疗措施,降低医疗费用,控制患病率。方法从患者患病年份、年龄、疾病分布、付款方式、死亡、手术等进行统计分析。结果 60岁以上女性患者人数和平均住院费用逐年上升;社会基本医疗人数占第1位;60岁~69岁患者最多;恶性肿瘤患病人数在前10位疾病中居第1位;食管癌根治术手术比例居前10位手术第1位。结论恶性肿瘤是影响60岁以上女性患者健康的主要因素。街道社区医院应针对这一人群进行定期健康检查和加强健康知识的普及教育,以预防疾病的发生。Objective To improve the quality of medical treatment, and reduce medical costs, increase in the number of control disease. Methods Women patients over the age of 60 as the research object, from the year of sick patients, age, payment, distribution of disease, death, operation were statistically analyzed. Results The number of women patients over the age of 60 and the average hospitalization expenses increased year by year; The social basic medical number accounts for the first bit;60~69 patients up to age; malignant tumor morbidity rate ranked first in the top 10 diseases; surgery operation ratio in the top 10 of first esophageal cancer radical operation. Conclusion Results show that patients like eating pickled food habits as well as related to air pollution, suggested street community hospital in view of the female population aged over 60 to regular health checks and strengthen the popularization of health knowledge education, in order to prevent the happening of the disease.
