摘　　要：随着电子病历在发达国家的广泛应用,医院信息系统已经得到了迅速发展,实现医院信息系统的目的就是为了更现代化、科学化、规范化地管理医院,提高医院的工作效率,改进医疗质量。本文通过分析国外电子病历的优缺点,探索各类医院信息系统的发展现状、优缺点、安全性、使用过程中的影响因素、系统评估,指出了今后的发展趋势。Hospital Information System is developing rapidly due to the widely utilization of electronic medical record in developed countries. The purpose of Hospital Information System is to manage hospital in a modern, scientific and standardized way so as to improve work effect and quality in hospital. Through analysis of advantages and disadvantages of electronic medical record, this article discussed the current situation, advantages and disadvantages, safety, influencing factors in using and system evaluation of different Hospital Information Systems in foreign countries in order to find out the future development direction.
