摘　　要：临床路径是优化医疗护理程序、提高医患满意度,降低平均住院日、降低医疗费用、减少医疗差错、提高医护人员工作效率的有效手段。然而传统的人工路径方式及医护患分离执行给医疗、护理及管理工作增加了很大的工作量。本文从信息化临床路径的实施背景、应用意义、基础技术等多个方面进行解读分析,认为临床路径信息化管理具有良好的应用前景。Clinical pathway is an effective method to optimize health care procedure, improve doctors＇ and patients＇ satisfaction, reduce average length of stay, decrease medical costs, reduce medical errors and improve work efficiency of medical care personnel. However, the traditional pathway and separate management of doctors, nurses and patients have led remarkable increase of workload for medical treatment, nursing and management. This article analyzed informatization of clinical pathway from several aspects including implementation background, meaning of application, supporting technology and found information management of clinical pathway had a good development trend.
