摘　　要：蔬菜产业不仅是北京市城郊农业经济中的优势产业,更是全国蔬菜产业的重要终端和流转地。近10年来,北京市人口逐年增加,蔬菜消费总量持续提升,但本地蔬菜产量却不断下降。为促进北京市蔬菜产业乃至整个农业经济的良性健康发展,从消费、生产、流通等角度对北京市蔬菜产业进行了分析,并提出了针对性的发展战略。The vegetable industry is not only a competitive industry of agricultural economy in the suburbs in Beijing,but also an important terminal and circulation part of the national vegetable industry.In the last decade,the total amount of vegetable consumption in Beijing has been increasing along with the increasing population,while the production of local vegetables is decreasing constantly.In order to promote the healthy development of vegetable industry as well as the agricultural economy in Beijing,the authors analyzed Beijing＇s vegetable industry from the perspectives of consumption,production and circulation,and put forward the corresponding development strategies.
