摘 要:目的通过分析2013-2015年的疑似流感样本检测结果探讨研究本地区流感病毒流行规律,为赤峰市流感的防控提供科学依据。方法对赤峰市流感监测哨点医院(赤峰市医院)定期采集并送检的流感样病例咽拭子标本,采用荧光定量PCR法进行流感病毒核酸检测,对结果进行分析,总结本市2013-2015年度流感的流行趋势。结果 1 785份咽拭子样本中有253份流感病毒核酸检测呈阳性,阳性率为14.17%,2013、2014、2015年的流感病毒核酸检测总阳性率分别为16.18%、17.78%、8.92%;其中甲型H1N1、乙型、季节性H3N2流感的核酸阳性样本分别为88份、41份、124份,阳性率分别为4.93%、2.30%、6.95%。流感发病率有较明显的季节规律性,以1、2、3、11、12月为流感的高发季节。结论采用荧光定量PCR法对流感样本进行核酸检测,定期分析本地区流感病毒的流行特点和趋势,对流感的防控具有重要意义。Objactive To detect the nucleic acid of suspected influenza specimens in Chifeng, so as to find out the epidemic regularity, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza. Methods Influenza-like illness throat swab specimens were collected from sentinel hospital(Chifeng Municipal Hospital) from 2013 to 2015 for influenza virus nucleic acid detection by real time RT-PCR. The results were compared and analyzed to find out the epidemic regularity in Chifeng. Results There were 253 positive influenza virus nucleic acid cases in 1785 throat swab samples, the positive rate was 14.17%. The positive rates in 2013, 2014 and 2015 were 16.18%, 17.78% and 8.92% respectively. Among them, the positive rates of influenza A H1N1, influenza B and seasonal influenza H3N2 were 4.93%, 2.30% and 6.95% respectively. There was an obvious seasonal regularity of the incidence of influenza. There were high rates of incidence of influenza in January, February, March, November and December. Conlusion It was of great importance to prevent and control influenza by detecting the nucleic acid regularly and analyzing the epidemic regularity and tendency.
